    Sprained my ring finger during indoor climbing.

    Hurts like hell, and I tried lifting some wights but it only made things worse (obviously). Any suggestions on workouts I can do in the gym that doesn't include dumbbells or other "grip" exercises while my finger heal?

    As for now I only need the basics. One for the back, one for the chest, one for the shoulders, one for the biceps and one for the triceps.
