Uhh why do people keep asking if ******** is a good thermogenic. It is not a fat loss product. ******** is a prescription medication for adhd & add. A lessened appetite is just a side effect as well as other side effects. Apetitie suppresent is different then a thermogenic. Thermogenics increase the amount of calorie your body expends during the day.
Leave me alone let me just live my life....

Because ******** is a combination of amphetamines, and is a mild thermogenic as well as an appetite suppressant. The trick about exercise on ******** is that you're working out/doing cardio on speed, which is awful for your heart.
Voting the eat less/exercise more option.
Edit:I almost forgot to answer the original question. If you must try one, meltdown works pretty well.

I have lost over 100 lbs.
So I would have to agree that there is no magic pill. The best way to loose fat is to determine your caloric needs and then use that knowledge to either burn an additional 500 calories a day through exercise and diet restriction. I have been using the ABS diet and a combination of strength training and cardio. I am taking (or leading) at least 5 Spin classes a week. I look and feel so much better.
Save your money and eat right and work out.
