ANy web designers online?
I have put together a help file for people finishing a form online from another website. I used RoboHelp and it publishes the file in html for me. I was working on it tonight and started thinking that it would be great if the help files could be seen while the person was completing the forms. So the help files would be over to the right and the online form would be the bulk of the page on the left. I have no control over the form and its linked by OPM so I need to know how to design a page that populates the OPM site on the left and my help page on the right. I think this is easy but I have no idea where to start.
