Yeh, obviously, it depends on your pc.
From the comparisons I've seen so far though...PC looks far better, I prefer the more muted colours and xbox version has very harsh shadows, hard to see detail in darker sections.
If you have a good PC, then go for that version!

This game is very cool, but I wish the Downtown D.C. area could have been more open like a full-fledged battleground that you could do raiding side-quests with the Brotherhood.
As it is, it seems like the game is lacking a major metropolitan area. All of the towns are small and don't have a lot of quests or things to do. Megaton is about the only thing close to a real 'city' and it stands to be blown up. Rivet City is nothing more than a bunch of hallways and Tenpenny Tower has a pretty bleak fate depending on what you choose to do there.
The previous Fallout games had huge cities like The Hub, NCR, and New Reno. Fallout 3 dosen't have anything in comparison.

One of the members of my gym was on the Fallout 3 design team. He brought in his book of sketches to show me. Pretty cool stuff.
