splenda/sucralose destroys my stomach, which basically eliminates most of the higher quality protein companies...
im really looking for a whey & micellar casein blend, and have only ran across two...muscle milk, which has too much fat to use more than once a day, and iron tek which im not familiar with at all.

how does milk protein concentrate compare to isolated casein/ates... are they the same thing?
