5x5 question...
Ok so I completed my first 5x5 week, this is how it went
Bench 155 5x5
Squat 185x5x5
bb rows 135x5x5
Squat 205 4x5
Dl Sore back 185 4x5
Military press 105 4x5
Bench 155 4x5 160 1x3 135 1x8
Squat 185 4x5 225 1x3 155 1x8
Rows 135 4x5 155 1x3 115 1x8
I lightened this week up because I felt I wasn't familiar with 5x5 but it says I should go up by 5lbs even though I can max out a lot more.
Usualy I could go 160 5x5 bench
squat 225 5x5
rows 155 5x5
dl 255 5x5
military press 120-135 5x5...
Should I start fresh or continue slowly workign up to my max?

say your 5rm is 205x5, you would start at around 185x5 and by the 4th-5th week you will be setting PRs
so if i was you i would restart at 145
i didnt listen to the program and plateaued about 3 times throughout the 8 weeks
