I know this may sound silly or gross, But has there ever been any tests on Masturbating after exercise in comparison to a spike in Testosterone levels. I know after lifting both your GH and natural Testosterone levels are depleted. Would Masturbating immediately after exercise jump start the recovery process.
Has anyone ever conducted tests on this this subject whether it be immediately following weight training or 1 hour 2 etc.
I am pretty sure doing so before hand is not a good idea.
I have always been curious , If it does work it would be the cheapest Pro hormone ever.
