    For increasing vertical leap - prioritize plyometrics or weight training?

    I haven't done plyo in about 3 weeks, trying to build a lot of muscle first. Should I switch off between doing plyo and weight training if I'm working on my vertical leap? Should I try to prioritize one more than other or keep them equal?

    intergrated plyos once a week with compound leg movements, no single joint crap.

    plyos only another time per week, limit to 75 ground contacts,

    Depth jumps, box jumps, sking drills, explosive split squats, double leg/single leg bounds, tuck jumps, foot speed/ladder drills.
