Been lifting proper since Feb with a one month gap in March. So not that long at all
Here are my 1 rep maxes according to http://workout.bodybuilding.com/georgiecasey/:
Bench Press: 80.7 Kg
Deadlift: 106.7 Kg ( I know this should be way more but my grip is always slipping from sweaty hands, brb buying chalk and straps)
Squat: 106.7 Kg.
Bent Over Barbell Row: 68.3 Kg
Overhead Press: 34.8 Kg
Chin ups: Can do about 6 on a good day. Can barely do one pullup lol
So am i noob enough? I feel like I'm not hitting it enough. What do ye think?
edit: oh yea, forgot to say. till now, just been doing a basic 3 day split. chest/triceps, back/bicep, leg/shoulder/abs
