Volumaize
This new product that came out for BSN, called Volumaize, the science behind it seems like its designed for before your workout and maybe possibly during your workout. Now is this like NO-XPLODE and the science behind that, but Volumaize has just more science behind it or what? I ordered NO-XPLODE and Volumaize and Cellmass, all together, is NO-XPLODE and Volumaize going to be too much of a pre-workout supplement?

Well for one NOxplode should be consumed on an empty stomach. But some science says that intra workout calorie consumption can be detrimental to your muscle building goals because instead of your body being able to focus all its efforts (ie. blood circulation, calorie utilization, etc.) on the targeted muscles, it will have to attribute some of its efforts to your digestive system. A popular guru and very soon to be bodybuilding coach of mine said that waxy maize is best consumed pre workout and post workout with your protein powder. Hope that helped brother.

Well put.i workout with a guy that always took wms during which from what ive learned as well will take the blood away from your muscles to digest the carbs. yes they are fast digesting and easily absorbed but i never got into that. i just take mine postworkout. dextrose is the cheapest and best. evidence is out that wms is just a fad
