I'd put a spoiler warning on this...
That said, Faber's crazy unorthodox **** finally caught up to him."The sun is always gonna rise, and always gonna set and I'll just keep on punching because everyday is gonna bring something different and I just want to be ready for it."
- Jens Pulver
If you refer to a fighter who you've never met in real life as "my boy" as though their performance somehow reflects well on you for simply being a fan, you're a lame ass.

Figures...the one time I bet his crazy ass to win.
Good thing Sonnen and Garcia came through or I'd really be hurting."The sun is always gonna rise, and always gonna set and I'll just keep on punching because everyday is gonna bring something different and I just want to be ready for it."

name ONE fighter that he's fought in the past which makes him deserve to be nominated for a top P4P candidate. That's what i thought. griffin and pulver are NOT going to do, junior.
I dont understand how some people can even toss his name with the likes of Fedor, Arlovski, GSP, Penn, NOG, Silva. He may be a skilled fighter but he's yet to prove anything whatsoveverLast edited by blurrr; 11-05-2008 at 09:12 PM.

hes competed with alota good fighers... hes in the wec and in the 145lb division obviously they dont have the names that the ufc guys have
185lb division sux in the ufc so saying silva has beaten who he has proves nuthing much, with exception of hendo and franklin of course and hendo could possibly win in a rematch im sure
gsp has lost to matt serra come on now, dont disscredit faber cause of this lost the guy is my fav fighter cause i find him the most exciting and for that ill say hes the best p4p fighter in the world i mean its all somebodys opinion

i'm sorry but that's nonsense. He countered Faber perfectly with an hook (though it came somewhat from the bottom) which is exactly what he should have done. It wasn't like he was losing the fight and just caught him. It was a very close fight and Faber did something stupid and Brown did exactly what he was suppossed to do.
It was not lucky

Brown looked like the was throwing bricks when he was punching. He definately came in to win.
I was also suprised at how small Uriah looked compared to him. I know Uriah doesn't cut a lot of weight, but Brown looked so much bigger.Training Journal:
