Looking for help on calorie food intake as well as Supplements I should take.
About a week ago, I have started to eat as clean as possible, as well as keep a food log on a daily basis. I am looking for any input on things I should change to add more muscle.
I got back into working out at the end of June, at that point in time I weight 155, 3 months later I am up to 184 and have added 2 inches to my arms. My goal is to pack on as much muscle as possible to get up to at least 200 if not 220. The only supplements I take are Glutamine after each workout and Protein Shakes.
Started June 08 weight of 155
Currently 184
Prior to getting back into working out my weight would bounce back and forth between 155-162 day to day, I had a hard time keeping on the lbs as well as the muscle. I cut back to only working out 3 days a week as more then that seemed to burn more calories.
My current intake for the first week is as follows:

top with bbq sauce, chicken, and red onion
