2 questions RE: Squats and Barbell bench press

Right, I have two questions which I hope you guy's and girls can help me with. I have been upping all my lifts gradually by 2.5 or 5 kg a week, but I've simply stalled out on the bench, why could this be and is this bad?

Also I am lifting only 60kg-65kg on the bench and 110kg on the squats, are they adaquate for my age and stats. Not sure if that made sense, but Thank's all.

how many reps are you hitting for bench and squats with that weight?

You have most likely Hit a plateau

which means U need to take a week off or do a week or 2 of DE- loading ( decreasing the weight dramatically and not going till failure and repping in the 12-15 rep range)

do this for 1-2 weeks and your lifts should go up

liquid314 is on a distinguished road. (+10)
Also, eat more. If you're not putting body weight on you'll hit a plateau a lot quicker than if you are.

I do work my triceps and delts fairly hard atm, but unfortunatley do neglect rotary cuffs, will incorporate some into my work-out.
