As a follow up. Since increasing my calorie intake significantly a few months ago my BM's have changed a lot. I used to take one big crap every monring. Now I take probably at least 4 craps a day (not as big though). Its not always right after eating or any particular time. I just go (and its not diarhea either).

I take about 3-4 medium sized craps throughout the day at regular intervals usually after meals, but not every meal. Than again sometimes I'll go 2 days without going, than repeat the 3-4 cycle lol. Not sure if that helps just putting it out there.

Since I'm sure you want to know, ever since I started eating healthier and working out, my BM's have changed too. I'm taking absolute monsters every 2-3 days. Like, you might not believe me if I told you the size. Smaller ones are interspersed throughout as well, though I occasionally skip a day.

finish eating before you flush, i read somewhere that when you flush, it sends a mushroom cloud of bacteria 13ft into the air. the dirtiest place in most bathrooms is on the ceiling right above the toilet.
when i started eating healthy and was on a nutrition plan designed to shed body fat and add a little muscle mass, I had to duece 3/4 times a days, sometimes right after meals.
now that i'm cutting (no carbs), i barely go once a day. sometimes twice but they are all fairly small. that something to worry about?
