I competed at RPS Annihilation yesterday in the 220 amateur class, raw classic. These are all meet PR's (this was my second meet), and the squat is a PR period. I benched 350 with a pause at my house a couple weeks ago, which was a PR, and went for 355 on my third attempt at the meet, but couldn't get it. My best ever deadlift is 570, but went for 565 at the meet because my second lift of 540 went up hard. I wish I went for 575 because I killed 565.
475 squat, went up nice:
325 bench press:
355 bench press, failed:
565 deadlift:
The meet was fun, it was a good time. The third bench press attempt is the only lift I missed.RPS Annihilation, 10-18-14, 220 amateur, raw, no knee wraps or sleeves:
Squat: 475
Bench Press: 325, failed 355 on my third attempt
Deadlift: 565
Total: 1365

260kgx7 touch n go pull for me and a 300kgx1 pull for my training partner. I'm about 102kg morning weight and he's around 110kg.
Even though it was touch n go I'm really happy with this. SHould be decently competitive as a GPC junior next near.Last edited by TheLiftingDoc; 11-01-2014 at 05:26 AM.

This past weekend at the USPA Indiana-Ohio Border Wars in Richmond, IN. 242lb Men's Open Raw Class. 2nd place with a total of 1377, a 49lb PR. Not really impressive by general standards but this is my first year powerlifting, I train alone with no coaching, and since my first meet in march I've added more than 100 lbs to my total so these are all pretty huge to me.
463 lb Squat (11lb PR)
314lb Bench (11lb PR) My bench sucks, I know, you can make fun of me if you like, I wont get butthurt)
600lb Deadlift (27lb PR)
inb4 you ask what program, I ran a modified version of cube kingpin, looking to go the predator route to add some additional bench work.
The off season is now here and my goal is to cut enough BW to be able to do a slight water cut so that I can compete in the 220 class. Depending on how I feel in the 220s I'd either like to stay there and keep recomping or slowly bulk back up to much leaner 242er. I currently sit at 237ish lbs at around 25% bf. Too weak for 242 and too fat for 220 smh lol.
I was going to embed vids but apparently I dont have enough posts on here yet to do that.
Vids are on my youtube channel: Theycallmegriz6'1"
