Hit 325 in the Bench Press with a gym lift at a body weight of 196 lbs for a PR. The lift was smooth and without a lift off.
Bench (raw): 325 lbs. X 1
Incline Bench Press (raw): 225 lbs. X 8
Squat (single ply): 355 lbs. X 3
Deadlift (single ply): 441 lbs. X 1
Powerlifting Total (single ply): 1116 lbs.
Barbell Curl: 140 lbs. X 1
Standing Military Press: 190 lbs. X 1
Weighted Dips: BW + 110 lbs. X 3

My PRs
I can't remember if I ever posted any PRs here, I don't think I did. And I never post in the powerlifting section, just frequent it from time to time, but I should come here more, seeing as how I want to do another meet.
Anyway, I did my first powerlifting meet in April of 2012, a USAPL meet in Albany, NY. Passed my first squat of 400, failed 420 and 435 because of depth. Looking back at the vids, the depth looks the same to me on all of them, and they all should've been deeper imo. I think I got lucky with the first attempt.
Bench: Passed 300, failed 320 twice, almost got it the second try. Pissed me off because I put up I think 330 or 335 with a pause a couple weeks before.
Deadlift: Got 550 on my second attempt, failed 575. I did 570 in the gym 11 days before.
So, best meet lifts:
Squat: 400
Bench: 300
Deadlift: 550
Best gym lifts:
Squat: 440
Bench: 335 paused, 350 no pause
Deadlift: 570
I weighed 208 at the meet. I haven't broken any PRs since, but I'm very much planning on doing another meet next year and things are going well so far. Just squatted 300 for 14 reps, benched 250 for 10 and deadlifted 430 for 11. I'm getting back up there.
