There is no way that you benched that weight raw and that miuch more wirh a shirt.Did you pause and go or BOUNCE it. I weght 184 5ft9 and can bench raw stop and go 325 and have been lifting power style for 2an a half yrs. So do youy have video,and by rhe way what kinda of junk are you taking if you do.

I ran a pyramid on my last max pull. Still functional to me and allowed me to get that pull. To each his own though, just givin ya ideas. Mine went like this:
