    I typically have 3 cans of tuna a day. I also grill Tilapia. I guess I'm part fish???

    Chicken is so overated to me now. When I get tired of eating fish, I'll switch back to chicken.

    I was doing up to 6-8 cans of tongol tuna a day at one point, didn't have any problems with mercury. Sick of tuna now.

    Tuna doesn't make economical sense unless it's on sale. If it was still easy to find for 50-80 cents a can I'd be doing 1 or 2 a day easily.

    My diet has lots of fish in it anyways, since one wants protein from various sources (chicken, beef and turkey are not enough).

    where did you read that? I eat 2 or 3 a day, im kinda sick of it, but its easy. I read somewhere about blending it with apple juice, sounded sick, but i tried it... pretty good, hardly taste the tuna and you can just drink it down. 37grams protein 20 seconds baby

    OP: I eat 4-5 a week, sometimes more, I try to mix in canned salmon as well (less protein, but more good fat, and tastes better i think). Never tried the canned chicken...

    Rarely ever. It's foul IMO. Unless in a dish i.e pasta/with pesto or garlic+lemon.

    A tuna bake is nice. Yeah but out of the can, in bread,on crackers, plain, disgusting!
