Going from couch potato to warrior!
Hi,
I am starting this log as a way to self-motivate myself.
I am very fat. At 338lbs at 5?11?, I have a long way to go. However, I look at it as a challenge, in which I will try to better my body, mind and spirit.
I am going to tackle this with a three-pronged attack plan:
Body:
I will transform my body into a lean, fat burning muscle machine. I will not feed my body junk, and I will do everything to take care of it properly.
Mind:
I will keep the right mindset. I will only let good things enter my mind. All my doubts, fear, worry, negativity and criticism will leave my mind never to return
Spirit:
I will realize I am not alone on this journey. If I put my faith in God, then I will have nothing to fear.
So that is my simple plan. As far as the diet right now, I am doing Atkins. I have looked at other plans but I think Atkins will be the best for me at the moment. I need to lose some fat, get my body burning fat, and build up my muscle somewhat before I can start to do these more complicated eating plans. I also want to start a lifestyle, and low-carb is the lifestyle I want to follow.
I will post on here maybe once a week, if anyone wants to drop a line that would be great.
