At 140lbs, with a deadlift and squat lower than your bench you pushed a 300.

That's 215% of your weight, it has to be some sort of record. I won't believe it until I see a vid unless you tell me you got your legs cut off.

Very nice job. 330 will be tough to get by the end of the year, but good luck though.

Shut up.
There are girls in the 160 weightclass that can push/pull more than you in powerlifting. Account for that.
This thread isn't about legs, stay on topic.
Good job on your lift buddy.

Most feds are drug tested, even in the off season to stop a cyclic use of steroids and other performance enhancers.
Do 160 pound girls look like 300lb benchers?
No.
You lose.

so this 16 year old is comparable to an elite athlete that makes up less than 1% of all strength athletes. I think not. So, as you so arrogantly said, You Lose

"How does a girl lift that much"
He is a boy, naturally stronger.
He has an AMATEUR bench compared to powerlifters.
And 300 for 160 is NOT an impressive lift for a female athlete. Record for 105 weightclass is 319. THAT is less than 1% of all strength athletes.
Do research before you puke up numbers.

Got me with that argument.
My point being, his bench is still incredibly impressive for his age and size. I want to see vids.
