I know that the package says to mix in cold water, but is it ok to have your protein powder hot?
I hate the taste of a protein shake when its not blended with frozen fruit. I'm considering adding a scoop to my coffee at work. Is this bad?

mix it together in a shaker or blender before pouring powder into coffee or any small cup of something. it seems to want to curdle in hot water. this way you can enjoy it better.

I use coffee and whey in a shaker if i plan to mix them. under 140 or so degrees no nutrients in powder should be harmed.even protein
