Hey Everybody,
I am currently doing research for my Master's thesis in the area of vertical jump training.
For my data, I am asking everyone to list their vertical leap (in inches, NO steps before jumping) and what type of training you've done (name of program or type of training as well as duration).
If you know how much you've gained from your original vertical leap, that information is also helpful.
If anybody has any questions about the research findings, don't hesitate to contact me at caleb@50inchverticaljump.com.
Cheers,
Caleb

Im not sure but before i couldnt touch rim on a 10ft basketball hoop then i started hitting my legs with squats and all these explosive lifts like push press and power cleaning etc. not trying to get my vertical higher and just one day i tried it and i got it like 3 times in a row. Im not sure that it had alot to do with it but it might have?
You can also of course try things like ankle weights and walk around with them and jump with them on and run. stuff like that will help alot.
