What age do you stop filling out?

I mean like when will you really be able to find your natural weight?

Most of my mates from school, all about 19/20 still look alot smaller then your average 25yr old bloke.

I hit natural weight around 20 because I was lifting super heavy for football... Havent really changed much since then

Your bones can continue to grow WIDTH wise untill your 26. I stress the word width.

I am still filling out at 22.... My natural BW is around 170ish compared to 150 when I was 18.

Also has to do w/ a little bit of weight lifting as well.

i think i reached my natural weight at like 16 about 164 pounds

some people might be late bloomers though in particular taller guys usually fill their frames later than shorter guys
