Has anyone tried to make a high protein cake? would adding protein powder stay stable at high heat for baking? just a question. i love to cook and this thought came to mind. i know a high amount of egg whites would suffice as well. thanks!
other than an ample amount of egg whites and i suppose i could try some whey altho it may be destroyed, the traditional ingredients needed for a cake. altho i may alter it to make it a bit healthier
