Has anyone tried to make a high protein cake? would adding protein powder stay stable at high heat for baking? just a question. i love to cook and this thought came to mind. i know a high amount of egg whites would suffice as well. thanks!

I think it would be ok although you might destroy some of the protein and nutrients while baking. What are the other ingredients you will be using?

other than an ample amount of egg whites and i suppose i could try some whey altho it may be destroyed, the traditional ingredients needed for a cake. altho i may alter it to make it a bit healthier

use splenda instead of sugar, and some kind of butter substitute if they have it
