How much caffeine in white flood?

Hww much caffeine is in white flood? Just wondering because I drink a decent amount of coffee (3-4 cups/day) usually 2 in the morning and in the evening (grad school- late night studying and very early mornings). I dont want to gain a dependency and start getting headaches etc. by consuming too much in a day. Thanks in advance
