I was looking for my physical and I found my brothers instead. I was looking through his chart thinking it was mine. My brother is 6`3 not skinny nor fat but in between. I was looking at his Body Fat percentage and it said it was 22 percent. What ??? 22 percent is like obest right ? Thats like david the fat fat but, my brother is toned and cut he plays basketball like of his spare time. On a Auu he eats alot but he burns it off quickly. He certainily dosent look like his bodyfat is 22% so whats the deal ?
