Omega Sports Competition - ULTIMA formerly known as Thunder V2
Winner gets to be in the first crop of testers and can actually attain a free bottle, however - this will take a bit of work from you.
What you need to do:
[1] Put together a list of all the things you think will NOT be in the product (time to think like Shawn and me; though many of you already have) and, more importantly, the WHY we have NOT included them.
[2] Put together a list of all the things you think WILL be in the product and, more importantly, the WHY we HAVE included them.
[3] Put together a one-paragraph write-up that might approximate a less sciency version than something we might put together.
[4] Place your lists and write-up in this thread; the first post to yield the highest number of correct responses WINS.
[5] The paragraph write-up will serve as a potential tie-breaker in the event that two people list the same number of correct agents on both lists (although different guesses overall).
[6] Deadline for submission: November 6, 2008 and 12 EST
Good Luck!

I can assure you that Dana and I will bestow our favor (and reps!) upon the winner. That is worth more than any prize! Oh, and you'll get the first shot at using Ultima. I'd do a mini-write-up...
But, uh, that's your job now. We've wrote a lot in the thread...Much in the beginning...more in the last 5-10 pages...
So get to work already slackers!
This is the one.

I'm assuming the first questions should be restricted to categories rather than individual ingredients? I mean that list could be endless.

Why are there not thousands of post here yet. This is probably going to be one of the best products we have seen in the past couple of years.

Well, you could look at that as a positive or negative, I suppose. Less entries means the higher liklihood you could win.
Hmmmm...maybe I'll join this competition...oh wait, that's right - I suppose the relatively inconsequential fact that I know the formulation eliminates me.

I "could," have done it frequently, and do it as best I can. That said, there lies a caveat; you have to literally catch an open PM in the maybe 10 minutes there is open space as it fills very readily right back up. Its an endless battle on here with a PM capacity of 100. Hell, I receive about 3,000 emails daily now (no exaggeration), so that has to be as best as my first priority. With LB - I do have a 5,000 PM storage capacity.

I'd say be as specific as possible.

because you have to have some knowledge of the ingredients...and most of the posters......
also a bit time consuming, I plan on buying it asap so I wish Peter would just type something up, win the competition, and then the rest of us could get our hands on it.

Again, this is one way to look at it, however...again, lets say you already know a particular portion of the ingredient panel (and many of you do - see other thread), why not take a stab at it; again, less entries increases odds of actually winning for ALL.
"knowledge" in the message board essence usually centers on being able to use GOOGLE.

Good Luck! The majority of it has been stated. The rest is hinted at. This means what is included and what was not. The "write-up" as a promotional paragraph is all there as well. Again the first page or two and last 6 pages or so have the majority of it. It will certainly help your understanding of what you're using when you use it...before everyone else...and free. Look forward to your response.

What will not be in the product?....
B vitamins not in coenzyme/active form
Any cheap "me too" ingredient
Carbs
Ethyl Ester anything
Large doses of glutamine
Extracts of relatively unheard of herbs
Stimulants
Massive amounts of arginine
Ecdysterone or ecdy derivatives
Probably 99% of the ingredients found in any other pre workout product
Proprietary blends
Most likely any of the vitamin or mineral forms found in Animal Pak, or Orange Triad.

Yikes... I'm gonna have to edit this post later. I'm gonna be at school all night doing lab write-ups!!! Hallowhat? Not for this guy. Way to busy these days. Love the contest idea.
Until I edit...the only thing I can guess is....
PeterLeDrew extract

Kerplunk extract

Everything in this product has clinical evidence backing the claims being made. The product is safe, extremely effective, and unique. It tastes like mountain dew, so your an idiot if you don't buy it.

Actually, this is a great start...and it makes it easier for everyone else to build on. I am glad you're confident in it...we are as well. To add some things that we are and will always be...
All ingredients will be tested. In the best and purest forms. In study based efficacious doses. Listed with full disclosure...NO PROPRIETARY BLENDS. Hold us to those standards and hold everyone else to it.
Multiple patents are here too. Truly novel. Exploiting a full pathway for true synergy...not marketing hype...real synergy by understanding biochemistry. Formulated by a MD and a RD.
Oh and thanks "Foolonthehill" for calling both Dana and I "beacons" in the industry. I truly appreciate being able to improve the quality of products, empowering consumers, educating and helping people/patients. I am here for you guys. You guys make me and I love this board for it.
As for adding studies to your contribution...sure...I LOVE THAT STUFF. You don't need to, but hey, if you TRULY impress us and maybe there will be more at stake than a product. So go for it.
I built my reputation as a guru here...you can too. Here's your chance. Oh and Happy Halloween!

They're not promising steroid-like gains.

glad this is releasing soon, sad to see the name thunder v2 was dropped though as thunder was a classic in many of our books (regardless I dont expect the new formula to look ANYTHING like it, so maybe thats why the name was dropped last minute)

I predict this to be one of the least popular contests ever held.
Can you guess why?

For the same reason its the best company promo contest ever. It keeps the company promo whores out of it because no one is going to put a couple of hours of work into an entry when they could "Guess a number"or"make me laugh"
