Hello everyone! Tomorrow I will begin a detailed daily progress log on my results with Cellucor's Extreme Muscle Growth Stack (M5, P6, R3, and possibly N-Zero). I have tried many supplements in the past and have honestly found little results in them, but this stack has a lot of ingredients not even found in your average supplements and seem very promising. I do have to say I am very excited to begin! I am hoping to put on some noticable size and strength while maintaining my current body fat. Below I have outlined the actions for each product in the stack.
M5 Extreme
-Contains Kre-Alkalyn (the only 100% bio-available creatine)
- Advanced Nitric Oxide Delivery System (Ethyl - Ester)
- Increases Natural Production of Creatine
- No Bloating, No Cramping, No Dehydration
- Breakthrough Hyper Transport Technology
- Significantly Increases Endurance
- Enhances Workout Intensity
- Improves Focus and Concentration
P6 Extreme
- Maximizes Free Testosterone
- Maximizes Growth and Strength Potential
- Reduces the production of estrogen in the body.
- Blocks Estrogen and DHT Conversion
- Raises IGF-1 Levels
- Blocks SHBG
R3 Extreme
- Speeds Recovery
- Protects New Muscle Cells
- Blocks Cortisol Release
- Significantly Boosts Immune System
- Substantially Reduces Soreness and Pain
This stack looks pretty complete and has a lot of ingredients really not seen in most supplements, so I am very eager to give it a try! I will try to keep this log as detailed as possible.
My current stats are listed below:
Height: 6′0″
Weight: 183 lbs
Body fat: 9%

I am posting my diet and training now for you all to view. I will post dosages and times to take P6, M5, and R3 tomorrow.
Diet:
I will be consuming roughly 3750 calories daily weeks 1-8 and I am planning 1900 calories daily weeks 9-12. I will be following a 40C/30P/30F split while bulking and a 10C/45P/45F split while cutting. I will be eating meals 6 times a day all 12 weeks and will be drinking at least a gallon of water.
Training:
My training will mainly consist of heavy weights in the 4-6 rep range with 20 rep sets for a pump at the end of my workouts. This is just an outline for week 1 training. Depending on how I feel I could make adjustments in reps and sets. Below I have outlined my training split.
Thursday: Quads/ Hamstrings/ Calves
Friday: Biceps/ Triceps/ Forearms/ Abs
Saturday: Shoulders/ Traps
Sunday: Back/ Biceps/ Calves
Monday: Chest/ Triceps/ Abs
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Off
Tonight I will begin with M5 pre-workout and will be working Quads/ Hamstrings/ Calves. I look forward to posting how my workout went tomorrow! Please feel free to comment or ask questions at any time! I can help you if you have any questions about ingredients, dosages, etc. I just didn't feel like posting those just yet. Hope to see many of you in for the ride! I feel like it will be a very exciting transformation.

M5 is INSANE!
Alright, I couldn't really wait for tomorrow cause I had the sickest leg workout ever! M5 is the real deal, no doubt the best pre-workout drink I have ever taken. It tasted pretty good (green apple). I took 2 servings 30 minutes before working out. My energy was up, I was so dialed in within the first ten minutes that I thought I was going to explode. When I got to the gym I could already see a noticable pump in the mirror. I felt stronger, more agressive, and had some serious drive to give it my all today.
Here is my workout:
Warm-up:
Jump rope for 5 minutes
10 muscle ups (If you don't know what a muscle up is search it on youtube)
Dynamic Stretching for legs
Static stretching for the rest of the body
Squats (all reps must break parallel to count):
Bar 10 reps (warm up)
135 lbs 5 reps (warm up)
185 lbs 3 reps (warm up)
245 lbs 1 rep (warm up)
275 lbs 4 reps (new PR!!!)
275 lbs 3 reps
275 lbs 3 reps
135 lbs 10 slow reps with a 2 count hold at the bottom (working on form)
Leg Press:
550 lbs 6 reps
550 lbs 6 reps
600 lbs 6 reps
Stiff Leg Deadlift:
225 lbs 6 reps
275 lbs 6 reps
Leg Press Calf Raise (slow reps held for a 2 count at bottom and top):
500 lbs 8 reps
550 lbs 8 reps
550 lbs 8 reps
Needless to say it was a killer workout and my legs are still pumped when I finished an hour ago! My calves are killing me already! My legs looked huge when I was done. I wish I had some pictures. Anyways, tomorrow I add in everything else. This is going to be one hell of a cycle!

And the transformation begins!
Today I woke up at 7 and took 2 R3 capsules along with 2 P6 capsules. Then I had breakfast around 7 and ate:
4 big slices of oatnut bread with omega-3 butter
3 hardboiled eggs
12 oz 1% milk with whey protein
Doesnt look like much but it was 1065 calories, 110g carbs, 70g protein, and 37.5g fat.
Around 8:30 I felt a little bit different, something must have started to kick in already. But again it could be after effects of the M5 from yesterday. My whole body felt slightly more pumped than normal and I felt a lot more focused. I felt really strong and really wanted to get into the gym, but thats not until 6:00 tonight . I am really excited to do arms tonight. I have a feeling they are going to be swole as hell when I am done.
Comments on yesterdays workout- I do feel some soreness but not nearly as much as I thought I would for as heavy and hard I went. I did experience some slight cramping in my legs before I went to bed cause I didnt drink a full 40 oz of water while training like suggested with the M5.
I will post later on the rest of my days diet and how my arm training goes! Hope youre all as excited as I am!

Arm training with M5?
10:30 I had another slice of oatnut bread and tuna with omega-3 mayo (250 calories, 22g carbs, 17g protein, and 7.5g fat). I still am feeling very euphoric from the P6 and R3 this morning. I really want to get in the gym and destroy my arms! Anyone know of any high octane arm routines? I want to do something different today. Anyone is welcome
Since I have a little downtime at work I am going to post the ingredients in P6, M5, and R3 in a little bit. Maybe that will start a discussion. Some of the stuff I have never heard of before and looks really interesting!

Primed for an insane workout
Alright Im almost off work and ready to kill my arms. Took 3 P6 tabs and 2 servings of M5. Im primed and ready to go. Lunch I had 1050 calories, I had a 250 calorie snack and am already at 2600 calories! Bulking never felt so easy. Post workout I will take 4 R3 tabs and a 750 calorie shake with 130 carbs and 50 grams of protein. Feeling amazing today! Could be the P6. Cellucor?s products are something else and its only the first day. I feel like I am going to get some serious results.

So finished the day just under 4000 calories...not too shabby lol
Workout got cut short due to my girl's sister having a baby. But I am very impressed with this stack so far! My workouts are more intense and I get these full body pumps that last forever.
My arms looked huge after:
Close Grip Bench:
195 lbs 6 reps
195 lbs 6 reps
195 lbs 5 reps
Supersetted with
Preacher Curl Machine:
90 lbs 6 reps
100 lbs 5 reps
100 lbs 4 reps
Overhead DB Press:
65 lbs 8 reps
65 lbs 8 reps
Supersetted with
Wide Grip Curls:
75 lbs 6 reps
65 lbs 8 reps
Not much but for how low of a rep range I used I was seriously surprised by how much vascularity and pump I had in my arms. I wonder what it would have been like if I actually got to finish my whole workout haha.
Lookin forward to tomorrow! SHOULDERS AND TRAPS! my favorites!

Day 3- Back
Today I felt exceptionally strong and had an excellent workout. I am always getting a drive to get into the gym and I really gave it my all today! Anyways, here is my workout:
Warm Up 5 minutes of jump rope, stretching (the usual) then bent over rows with the bar 10 reps, 95 lbs 8 reps, 135 lbs 5 reps. I havnt done bent over rows in months but I was able to go a lot heavier than I have in the past. If I recall I used to do 135 lbs for 6 reps.
Bent Over Rows:
155 lbs 6 reps
185 lbs 5 reps
185 lbs 4 reps
Weighted Pullups:
+45 lbs 4 reps
+45 lbs 5 reps (new PR!!!)
+45 lbs 5 reps
Hammer Strength Row:
180 lbs 10 reps
180 lbs 10 reps
I finished up with a tri set 3 times through of back extensions, cable rows, and cable curls for a good solid pump.
Leg Press Calf Raise:
640 lbs 12 reps
640 lbs 12 reps
640 lbs 10 reps
This doesn't look too intense but today I did speed rope in between my sets so I basically had no rest the entire 45 minutes. If I wasnt lifting I was jump roping at max effort.
Overall, I am feeling much stronger and am really putting forward much more effort. I can definently feel it and I hope it translates to new growth. My muscles look fuller and my definition is improving!

Day 4 Chest!
Today was chest day with a little high intensity speed rope in between sets. I took my P6 in the morning and then had a decent breakfast. I felt very energized throughout the day and was very eager to hit the weights. 30 minutes before my workout I took P6 and M5 and I was so jacked! I got into the gym and exploded.
Warm up: 5 minutes speed rope, stretching, arm circles, pushups
Bench Press:
135 lbs 10 reps
185 lbs 6 reps
225 lbs 1 rep
245 lbs 5 reps (NEW PR!)
245 lbs 4 reps
245 lbs 4 reps
Incline DB Bench:
80's 4 reps
80's 5 reps
80's 5 reps
Something didn't feel right doing these. I had no power whatsoever. Usually I can knock out a good 8. I'm thinking it may be that I'm still recovering from a brutal shoulder workout.
Incline DB Flyes (SLOWWWWW):
25's 8 reps
25's 8 reps
Hammer Strength Incline Press:
90 lbs 10 reps
90 lbs 10 reps
Again, these felt oddly weird and powerless.
2 minutes high intensity jump rope
10 pushups
2 minutes high intensity jump rope
10 pushups
2 minutes high intensity jump rope
10 pushups
2 minutes high intensity jump rope
10 pushups
2 minutes high intensity jump rope
10 pushups
Felt like a solid workout to me. Finally glad its rest day cause I definently need it. Cellucor's M5 is seriously pushing me to my limits and I do have to say P6 has made my libido skyrocket! I've only been on the stuff since Friday and I am experiencing incredible results. I'm glad I have this in my arsenal. Time to eat and rest like a fat man for the next 2 days. New tat Wednesday!!!

I am recovering much quicker, and am going harder than I have before. Tomorrow is Leg Day and I hope to hit another PR on squats. I think I can manage 275 lbs 5 reps! My diet and training are in check and I am ready to get to it. I have been using my rest days to their full potential and am going to hit the weights with some serious aggression tomorrow!

Cellucor Day 7: Legs/ Conditioning
Wow I was blown away today by my work capacity today! I couldn?t do back squats cause of my new tat, so I did front squats instead. Today was more of an endurance type workout with some heavy leg work just to push my strength up. I seriously could have kept going forever today. I was so jacked from M5 and P6 today it was rediculous. After my front squats my biceps and shoulders were so pumped it looked like I was training them. There was vascularity all over the place!
Warm Up: The usual (Jump rope, stretching, etc.)
Front Squats:
Bar 10 reps
135 lbs 5 reps
185 lbs 5 reps
