Whats the best pre and post work out meal??
Whats the simplest and best pre workout,and post workout meals you can have,to feed the body to grow?
Im eating truck loads of tuna/peanut butter/and baked potatoes... just wondered if there was something else I could try,to give my taste buds a break-Plus my wife reckons I smell like a Barracuda!!! you just cant win.lol
