Who knows what those two are capable of?

and glad you like the formulas. I believe they're well thought out and look quite potent. I know that the EPH is amazing first hand, that stuff is like crack.

Bodytype: Meso-Endo. Think bone structure, long torso, long arms, short legs. Built to deadlift and squat.

Training experience: Since freshman year of high school. Haven't had more than a 1 consecutive week off since then.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Complete powerlifting schedule. Certainly focusing on Full Body splits because of body reaction to increased volume. Mostly a Squat/Bench Mon & Fri with Dead/Incline on Wed. Various accessory exercises on those days including lots of kettlebell and fat bar work. Intensity is between 75%-88% with high volume with a deload every 5 weeks deload.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): 40-45 min @ 80% of Max HR, Tues and Thurs.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): UP1&2 by Xtreme Formulations, ICE by XF and Waxy Maize by Primaforce

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): Don't care about calories, only that I get at least 250g pro and over 350 carbs on lifting days and 250g pro and <100 carbs on non-lifting days.

Current Daily water intake: > 1 gallon

Short Term Goal: 500 Dead and a more defined abs and back.

Long Term Goal: 315lb incline and complete six pack.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): All XF and DS products. No prohormones.

What do you want to log and why?: Stack #2 and I've been dieing to try the Anti-E. BCL has been in my view for a while and this will give me a chance to try them out.

7 site tested yesterday at ~16%

Edit: The reason for the ~ is because I took 5 different trials over the last week and some of the calculations were different because of lower carb days > higher carb. Just some diet tweaking going on in the place

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Basically, I just started to train with body weight exercises as much as possible. I still have a day of core lifts as well. There are circuit bodyweight days in my schedule that alternate from a push to a pull exercise after 30 seconds with no break. Legs are trained seperate as there own bodyweight day as well. The goal is to hopefully get in to shape to start MMA/BJJ.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): Mostly HIT or kickboxing. I try to get out and run once a week also.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Prolab Creatine Monohydrate, Scivation Xtend, Universal Uni-liver, ON Whey, and XF UP 2.0.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): Honestly right now its not set up. I've been debating whether to start a cut or continue bulking up and this promo gives me incentative to cut. If chosen I would keep it clean with about 2300-2600 calories, low carb high protien high healty fats, most likely. Then take it from there with how it's going.

Current Daily water intake: 1.5-2 gallons.

Short Term Goal: Lose as much bf as possible while retaining all lean muscle.

Long Term Goal: BF% of 8 at 170.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None.

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): All XF, Most CL, basics (creatine mono, bcaas/eaas, whey), Animal pump, pak, omega. No fat burners or PH/DS.

What do you want to log and why?: Stack #1 (a)

Triple Threat Stack + BCL t-shirt (jk... maybe) would be the 1st choice. Why, because I haven't always been the healthiest person and I'd hate to know what toxins I have built up in my body, so why not get rid of them. Also, the profile seems so simple, yet effective. I feel the AM 24/7 could help get me through my early classes/work + the PM 24/7 can help me fall asleep easier (which I have a problem doing).
