The Biden comment has a gaffe. That was the only time that amount was ever mentioned. You're the one doing the misleading here.

OP-This has been discussed to the point it's become redundant. Obama's plan has ALWAYS been CUTS for those under $200k and no INCREASES for those between $200k and $250k.

When he speaks he says "If you make under $250k, you will not see you taxes go up."
