    Left shoulder stress and pain

    Hi everyone

Just need some help with my left shoulder. When I do exercises for my shoulders my left shoulder always starts to hurt before I can finish (mostly with military presses/shoulder press).

It feels like it's not actually the deltoid muscle, but where my shoulder connects (I'm guessing it's rotator cuff or something). Furthermore if I rotate my shoulder in a circular motion my shoulder always clicks.

Has this ever happend to anyone else? Any advice? I'm really worried it might be a serious ligament or rotator cuff issue...

Your probably have some degree of impingement syndrome.

Briefly, the key is to balance the strength and flexibility of the four cuff muscles. Typically the external rotators are too weak, while the internal rotators are too tight.
