Lactic Acid

I've been going heavy with 5 to 6 reps on my lifts for about 3 months and Im changing to a little lighter weight at 12 to 15 reps for a couple months.

Did legs Mon, and Chest last night... and the burn I'm getting about 10 reps in is crazy pain.

Is there any supp I can take that would help this? Or do I just have to train with the higher reps for a while to build the tolerance back up?

Lactic acid isn't the enemy - dissociated H+ ions and the resulting pH drop, primarily from the lactic acid and ATP utilization, are .

That said, with training comes adaption. And look into Beta-Alanine -> http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/beta_alanine.htm

As long as the active agent is "unknown" some dork is still gonna be poppin' chicken beaks so he can freakin' squat!
