No Jitter Fat Burner

Im trying to find a fat burner i can take that will help out but not make me feel jittery at all. i did hydroxy cut when i was obese like about 265lbs and i took it road my bike came home and started shaking throwing up and had heart palpitations. Now i dropped the weight naturally im down to 205lbs from 280lbs and my lowest weight was 185lbs before i started bulkng. its only been a year since my change. Im trying to find a good fat burner to help me out now that i decided to get my BF % down. Im lifting doing a split routine with high reps and started running again. Any help with choosing a good fat burner that wont mess me up would be awesome

First off congradulations on your weight loss accomplishments. As i am a contest (diet) prep specialist for many local bodybuilding and fitness competitors i can appreciate your dedication. To answer your question,i recently took a bottle of phenadrine by aps nutrition and it delivered exactly the results you appear to be looking for.Smooth, long lasting energy with no crash. And it also makes you feel good due to the advanced form of pea.Do a search for it some guys have logged the product.Good luck.

Lean Xtreme, not only will you not feel "jittery", but you will feel nothing, except excitement when you look in the mirror. I used one bottle of it and dropped an incredible amount of weight in 30 days.

I'll second Lean Xtreme, I've used it twice now, and both times had no side effects, and lost the weight I was looking to drop.

is this made by Met-Rx?
is is good to use with no jitters?
i heard it contains green tea extract etc so the ingredients are not as harmful as other fat burners/?

Are you looking for a completely non-stimulant? Caffeine free fat burners include Prolab's Cuts II and Metabolic Thyrolean. If you want some caffeine/stim, Thermo Fire won't crack you out. You can start with 1 capsule to test your tolerance. I suggest you read labels and avoid anything that contains Yohimbe/Yohimbine if you are sensitive to stims.

EDIT: Why did you change your training to high rep??

LX would be a good option. Its a non-stim fat burner that will help you drop some weight, while maintaining mass/strength.

The reviews on the forum have been nearly all positive. Can't go wrong IMO.

I will also recommend Lean Xtreme as it is a non-stimulant and has had good results here at bb.com. Another great one is Recreate which burns fat 23 different ways, regulates appetite, and more. Recreate is a non-stimulant and it even helps you to maintain strength on your cut.

yes 2x i like Lean Xtreme, added it during the middle of my cutting cycle for cortisol control and it def. helped. i have also enjoyed the new Dicana (currently using it for the 2nd time) and DCP in the past. these would be my top 3 non-stims and all are known to be very effective.

speaking of, my mom doesnt like stims and is currently using DCP/Dicana and is down ~9lb in 4 weeks. clean diet and does light cardio for 30minutes each morning.

Green tea and/or green tea extract capsules are a simple enough way to increase fat burning. Though don't expect the same results as a ECA stack!

The EPCG (epigallocatechingallate) in green tea is also an extemely powerful antioxidant, so thats a bonus!

But .... the best fat loss supplement is to excercise harder with bigger weights, more hiit and more rest. But that's obvious
