Burn Fat

Im trying to burn fat without losing muscle mass. I gained a good solid base of muscle and now want to get all the fat off my body, any good programs out there i should check up to help melt the fat with losing as little muscle as possible. Any tip on amount of reps and sets would help a lot. basically i went from 280lbs to 185lbs then gained mass till 205lbs but now want to get rid of the fat.

Hi
To burn fat it's very important to do workout, but with it we have to control on our diet too. Previously I was frustrated with my weight then one of my friend suggested me to try Mark Patrick's programs. Really it works. The programs are just incredible and a new way to get better health. Their weight loss programs are designed to help eliminate the behaviors that are making us overweight.I hope that you would love to know about this. You can get more info on http://www.markpatrickmedia.com
