By the way, my bench was 305 about six months ago when I was in much better shape... I haven't maxed since then, but I have lost a lot of strength and would be happy if I could still do 250. probably more like 225

i really hate to add to these types of threads, but i benched 285 with a pause during the weightlifting team season. since i quit, i have been cutting, and the weight i use for sets is still about the same as what i was using when i paused 285, but i have lost around 13lbs or so since in-season.

305
I've been lifting consistently for about 16 months. I lifted on and off all throughout high school, so when I started 16 months ago I could max 185 at a weight of 155.19 years old, 6', 210lbs (11%bf)

I naturally suck at bench pressing. When i started i used to bench just the bar. That was 4 months ago, now i bench 105 for 3 or 4 reps. Laugh all you want but im proud. But, i can squat 230

When I was stricken with ebola, had two broken arms and while being jumped on by an elephant (pretty ****ty condition) I scraped out 2 reps of 3.7 million tonnes. My previous max was a mere........ wait for it..... 600 lbs, but that was as a fetus.

I wish these boards had more people like you, people who told the truth and didn't lie just to impress people they don't know and will most likely never meet.

(a) we are tired of "how much do you bench threads"
(b) one person doesn't believe on strong honest person
(c) someone is trying to gain value on the forum by how much you can bench instead of by displaying your vast helpful knowledge of BB
(d) all of the above reasons
Started when I was 130lbs I got to 155, I am 165 and 320God is bigger than you

"Once a person realizes his state of sin, his natural inclination is to find the remedy within himself. He attempts to bring about his own salvation by human means. He tries various reforms when he needs to be regenerated. As with the Israelites, he tries to become justified by the Law rather than by faith in Jesus, Rather than cleaning up the old man, he needs to be made a new man in Christ. He doesn't need to "turn over a new leaf," he needs a completely new life. The only remedy for man's fallen state is salvation by the grace of God through faith in His Son Jesus." - SOS
