I rolled my ankle at basketball yesterday and my doctor told me to stay off of it for a week (on crutches)! I am on Bill Starr's right now, you guys think I should just take an off week or should I continue with upper body workouts and then catch up on squats.
*I am a big squat guy. I love doing them and never miss them. I only suggested working upperbody becuase my squats have not hit a plateau yet.*
