Dislocated Shoulder - post surgery clicking

Hey everyone,

I had surgery for a SLAP repair due to a dislocated shoulder back in June 2008. Its been 5 months already, I have full ROM back and am starting to work out in the gym very slowly. I can do pushups, throw a tennis ball and swim without any serious limitations. My only concern is that whenever I do pushups or throw I hear a clicking noises from inside the shoulder and my clavicle moves way more on my surgery side then my normal shoulder. The noises are like clicking/rubbing and I don't know what it is.

Does anyone have any experience from SLAP arthroscopic surgery? Have you experienced this clicking at one time or another?
