Lol chill. I'm wondering to see where I'm at with my ccals. I was more concerned cause I havent been eating at my cal limit the past few days. Next time though instead of trolling, more help would be appreciated then the random "you're a bitch" comments. This is to those who actually wasted a good solid 30 seconds posting just because and not providing any support.

I work for Dominos. The wings themselves, without sauce, are about 50 cal each. The bbq sauce is high in sugar, but assuming you merely ate the sauce on the wings themselves, i would expect no more than 125 calories for your 2 wings.Originally Posted by JakeSim
