Back Progress From Sweden
Here's my back progress, almost a year between the pics. Not amazing results but i have only been really serious the last 4 months on my back. Critique is always appreciated, both positive and negative.

Yes i am currently trying to bulk but it's hard because I'm not drinking any protein powder, so every time chicken is served I'm kind of stuffing my face lol.

Yeah I found that protein wasn't the problem, it was just getting the raw calories, I found around 5000 was about right, obviously doing that clean is very hard,
Get some whey protein, its cheaper per serve than meat, and is great post workout because it is absorbed within 45minutes when your body really needs it, most have essential amino acids you loose during a workout too

True, but as i said, i have only been serious the last 4 months on my back. Was a real noob before, only did like biceps and abs in the beginning lol. But the next 6-8 weeks i am really going to focus om my back, gonna do pull-ups and chins like crazy, hopefully, the results will be crazy to
