Kai has an awesome physique but I really feel like doing those types of routines and costumes (not just him, anyonw) makes the sport look like a joke.
i mean seriously, take a step back for a second and look at it LOL

i disagree...Kai has an eccentric personality that stands out in bodybuilding. Alot of people cant relate because hes not a macho idiot lol. He tries new things that nobody has ever done and i respect him for that. Also remember that hes guest posing...if uve ever been to a show ur paying to be entertained and he definatly provides entertainment in a new way. With that aside he looks freakin HUUUGGGEEEE! gratz to him on making even more improvements this year even under his circumstances.

I agree as well, these days its like a Halloween show. I just miss the good ol fashion posing routine with nice soothing music simple. The world these days is taking a turn for the worse. Posing now a days is either some gay ass costume or some stupid robot, terminator dance crap. I'm not a Kai fan but he does deserve credit for making himself look like an idiot on stage. I mean just look as the guys face to the right of Kai in the 1st pic like WTF are thinking ROFL.

Jay was with ISS when he took second in 01...
