I am focusing on retaining size and strength in my legs trying to boost my vertical from its platue.
I'm worried that I a overtrainging them as I play sports so much.
any ideas friends?

Circut training and swimming are both good ideas, but if you are playing sports that much do you really need any more cardio? You could also shorten your rest periods to keep you heart rate up during lifting.

Definitly a good idea as I haven't done anything like that in a while.... Of course as a college athlete I am looking to further the development of of my body all the time.
Do you think the rowing will effect my back development from lifting a great deal, or you think maybe just substitute the rowing for a a back and bicep day every couple work outs?
Also, what are y'alls thoughts on putting on about 5 or 6 pounds of lean mass and cutting the fat around my hips and lower abs in the meantime??
Possible? I heard yes and no? I'm really trying to kick my body into high gear before my upcoming tryout~Not now cheif...I'm in the ****in' Zone~
