Anyone have one? I just tend to treat it like bench with doing it first then accessories afterwards.

2 DB overhead strict pressing should be involved in whatever program you adopt. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9sZwQgFHuo

What I would really be interested in is seeing someone use the conjugate method with over head press. Never seen anyone do this, and I wonder about its practicality. DE day would be DE for strict military press, and ME day would feature press alternatives, such as push press, power jerks, inclines, DB MP, (assuming flexibility and no shoulder issues) snatch grip press behind the neck, press behind the neck, etc.). Partials could be done on ME day as well, except executed from a standing or seated position.
I may give this a try myself one day.
Note: I am not suggesting it, just wondering.

What kind of programming have you been running?
Texas Method and its myriad permutations are very good for intermediate level programming... something like this, straight outta PP.
Volume
Puhs press 6x3
Recovery
Strict Press 2x5
Intensity
Push Press 1RM, 2RM, or 3RM
You can also use speed work for overhead work just like you can with bench presses.http://youtube.com/user/Kiknskreem
