Take two before bed and yes ZMA is a great supp to take with it...its actually what I am doing right now lol

At your size, 2 would be an ideal starting point.

If you choose to increase the dosage, do so one cap at a time for a few days. If you notice increased lethargy and decreased libido, go back down to a smaller dose.

I might try 1 first, then hop to 2 if i feel nothing, i just dont wanna waste 1/2 a bottle on 1 aday and i should have used 2 you know.

Its not a "feel" supplement, go by what you see, etc.

1 a day is pretty potent, dont be fooled by the low dose. I have used 1 cap every other day and gotten good results.

2) Is it recommended to stop taking ZMA? I use it to help me sleep, and for the minerals.

3) Should I start taking Novadex tonight? I've decided to take a few days off from the gym because I'm over due for a few days off from the gym as I've been working out for some time now without taking several days off. Actually, it's because I'm sick and I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone.

Not to be a hater but I have seen advertisements that claim that novedex is a "post cycle powerhouse". Such claims and the name that sounds an awful lot like a common pct sounds like quite the opposite in that it is marketed in such a fashion. To the uninitiated, this confusion must be prevalent.

****! I'm starting to think the stress of thinking about potential hair loss is gonna cause more hair loss than using the product itself.

1) My hair's been thinning/receding over the years, so you're saying if I'm truly concerned about hair loss, I shouldn't be taking this product? Are you saying this product is gonna speed up the inevitable (receding/thinning)? The hair loss that I may experience from Novadex, would this be permanent or temporary? Have you noticed any hair loss?

2) What?! How come so many people swear by ZMA? You're saying the improved sleep doesn't merit bedtime ZMA use? Damn, I've been taking ZMA for sometime and this is the first time I've heard this!

3) Will do/try.

I was planning on starting with 1 a night to feel it out, for up to a week. And then bump it up to 2 and possibly stay at that for the whole cycle. I never imagined contemplating about taking a supplement could be so ****ing stressful! Almost makes me wanna return it.
