Greens? Allergy?

Hi All, I've tried a number of greens supps/green+multi supps and I'm just curious if anyone else has similar reactions..

I get a bit of a tight chest, I need to think about inhaling to get a big breath of air. Heart rate is slightly elevated. No iching, redness, or flush etc... It's like if you're allergic to pet dander slightly...

Searching online, I've found very few people with allergic reactions to these...

I would look into the ingredients so you know what's causing the issue. This way you can avoid that item in the future.

never experienced them . what brand were you taking?

Been taking greens a few years now. Ive used mst mycogreens Mst's mycogreen and currently using ai sports reds and greens Reds and greens and all I seem to notice is feeling better about taking care of my life better via fruit and beggie extracts without the added calories.

I would definitely do this. Take a look at the ingredients and see if you can determine what exactly is causing your this problem. Since you stated you have tried a number of products look for those ingredients that appear in all the ones you tired. It could be that a lot of the ingredients are similar but its worth checking out if its causing you chest tightness or a hard time breathing.
