this will be the style training i follow for the entire month of december (as I am home for the holidies from school)
I use real sandbags that I get from the hardware store (also use horse feed and mulch bags)---they give me a pretty good deal on the busted ones (which I fix by wrapping entire bag in duck tape which will protect it during my training as well)
I usually will get 7-12 bags and do squats, lunges, curls, running hills, military presses with them. I'm looking into getting a big tire to play around with too and somehow incorporate the bags into an exercise with that.
they are a great workout---i think there is actually a sandbag fitness website (google it) where you can check out different exercises to do with them.
