So many supplements....

So my neightbor wants to start workingout with me and as often as I do (4-6 days a week), and he asked what supplements he should be taking.

He is already using Hydroxycut hardcore and is looking for a pre/post workout supplement and something to help with muscle recovery.

He got some free samples of Syntha 6 and X-Tend

Any sugestions?

-whey protein pre/post workout, best is by optimum nutrition

-if he wanted some pre workout then possibly no-xplode which is a great N.O. product

-for post workout and recovery, cell mass is great which is a blend of creatines and also includes glutamine

Pre-pre workout: complex carbs

Pre workout: if hes not caffein sensitive: no3 overload or superpump250, if he is caffein sensitive: Xpand with no caffein.

Intra Workout: Xtend!!

Post workout: mix a carb powder with some monohydrate creatine. Follow this with a isolate whey protein shake about 15 mins after.
