im in college and i want to drink n party w all my friends but dont want the excess cals from alchohol to play too big a role in my cutting experience right now bc i hate cutting and want to get it over w as soon as i can
So what would be the best way to get drunk and take in the least amount of cals, as far as what to drink.... I know i would have to drink it fast, that would help...
Would i drink beers or go more towards shots....or something else.. thanks

Don't drink.
Food quality does not change the laws of thermodynamics. Provided you consume adequate protein, EFAs, fiber, and vitamins and minerals you can eat whatever you want.
The only difference between a 'clean' and a 'dirty' food is how much of it you eat.
The Glycemic Index is meaningless unless you eat carbs alone in a fasted state. As soon as you add fat, protein, or fiber to a meal or have eaten in the previous 4-6 hours the GI is irrelevant.

IME, beer is the worst. Liquor with diet mixers is the best.
If I drink on any kind of regular basis, I simply can't make progress. It just doesn't work for me on a cut.

So just straight shots of Vodka would be good then-Obviously drinking the shots the fastest possible would be the best, that way you could get the most tipsy w/ the least amount of alcohol?

would recomend either absenth or stroth '80' type of liqour.

sugar free red bull and vodka. You get drunker faster and easier from the energy drink so you can drink less and sugar free redbull is 10 cals a can + the cals in whatever vodka you choose.
