LMAO! I am just practicing my typing! ENOUGH SAID!
These clowns are all inscure haters who thrive off of putting other people down because YOU ARE what THEY want to be!
Congrat on your beautiful Physique! Hard work and dedication has definitely paid off for you! Just ignore these kids who keep bringing up steroids.
Its funny because these kids we see on here always acusing people of steroids are just people who don't fully dedicate themselves to the gym and to eating right, therefore they get tarnished results.
If anyone dedicated themselves, the way he has, then they would understand how he got his body, and also understand how insulting and fustrating it is to be accused of something so ridiculous...ridiculous because you cant say Yes Or No Accurately over the internet through a picture....!
KEEP UP THE WORK! Looking Great!Bench Press: 335 lbs. Max
225 lbs. 10-12 reps
Squat: 355 Max...
Bicep Curl: Single arm- 55 lbs. 8 reps
Curl bar- 100 lbs. 10 reps

Like I stated and like others stated..It gives "False Hope" to people. If you are going to do steroids or take something like them, then have the balls to say so. Thats all im saying. I also said it takes a lot of work in the gym even doing roids. And it is a fact...ALL bbrs that compete DO TAKE STEROIDS. Its been said time and time again by old timers and others involved in the sport. Its not a secret.Even the so called "natural" bbrs take something to help them get that way.

I saw your 45 pullup vid on youtube, although they weren't full ROM pullups you still displayed a ton of functionality for a person your size.
Great work.美國海軍陸戰隊 E5, USMC 06'-14'

Put it into perspective. Ronnie Colemans arms are 22 inches and we all know he, and all the other pros use gear. This guy is claiming 21 inch arms NATURALLY at a low bodyfat HAHA.
Great physique but stop giving false hope to people who think you can achieve that kind of build naturally.
Please people, search for some of the top natural pro's and compare the size difference. It's UNREAL. He stated he was a competitive bodybuilder. Why doesn't he compete in natural shows and clean up?
Why even claim "all natural" at the end of that video. Makes me laugh. Try and control that gut as well next time. Lying prick

ronnie had 25 inch arms
i took this off some site, i don't know if its true, but here it is
Additionally, some cross-sectional studies have found that, as a population, African-Americans have a greater density of 'fast-twitch' muscle fibers within the muscle bodies. This sort of muscular morphology would also lend to a 'leaner' muscle body (with less fat between the muscle cells). Though the functionality of this has not been specifically proven...think about the top ten sprinters in the world (women and men)Anthropology teaches that blacks actually do have longer and stronger long bones in the body, ie femur, humerus etc. Therefore, there are more muscle fibres. The cause is most likely due to genetics and environmental factors.Last edited by justin93; 10-26-2008 at 07:46 PM.

This steroid or not banter is utterly senseless.
OP has 21.5" arms at 5'9.. very low bodyfat.
Clearly, we can tell the OP is not natural.
However, this doesn't mean he is a "cheater", because AAS are a normal part of professional bodybuilding.
He is, however, lying, which is not wise. Any experienced bb'er or anyone experienced with AAS knows the genetic limits of the average human male.
He should just admit that he has used AAS, intermittently over a period of years, throughout which he has put in a TON OF HARD WORK.
Did he use steroids? YES.
Do steroids make it so you don't have to work hard? NO.
Could any average person get to look like this with steroids? Absolutely NOT.
OP, Keep up the great hard work, but tell the truth. The people whose opinions actually matter won't care about your AAS use.

The **** people are talking about is off. You just don't even hatch that can of worms. I still ask my local gym trainer questions about lifting and value interaction with him even though I know he's juiced many times. So if all you nerds would stop being so nerdy we can get something accomplished here. Seriously just grow up. Its something you don't ask and don't mention when you're in person with him right?
He's still 10000 times a better body builder than 98% of the people on here.
How about people ask him relevant questions and take advantage of being able to communicate with such a great BBer. Or comment on his build or something.I dig weights

He being a "great bber" is opinion only. TO me and many others, a "great bber" is someone who does it legally and without using drugs. Supplements are fine and lots of food. Other than that the OP or any drug using bber is just a cheat and thats that.
Sure they put in their time with lifting and eating...But it just doesnt mean as much as a "clean" bber. Why do I care so much? I dont like being fed crap. And I think that goes for lots of others here.
To the OP...You are looking good for what its worth. Sorry this thread has gone stray..
