I am guessing I am around 11% bodyfat anyway. I'd like to get comments on my bodyfat as usual... i had posted this in the misc but they don't take weightlifting progress very seriously
i am low-carbed in this video. I tried to get some good shots of my abs to make it easy to guess bodyfat
I still suck at flexing but i think a video is infinitely better than pictures.

id say your around 9% man maybe even lower, because your abs are cleary defined, and I think abs are barley visable around 12%

Your posing isn't bad, but you have to hold them longer: 1-mississippi, 2-mississippi, 3-mississippi. You're coming off them way too quick.
The only pause where I don't think you've got it yet is the lat spread. Looks like you're packing a lot more width than your posing currently allows. Keep trying to fan your lats out wider. You'll get it eventually.
That said, physically, you look great. I remember your photos from a couple years ago, and damn, you've come a long way. You should be very proud, man.

i don't have any recent videos of me lifting anything. I'm really not strong for how big I am. My body builds muscle easily but I gain strength slowly and lose it quickly.
I don't have too many lifts with impressive #s. Hammer curls with 75 pound dumbells and weighted dips with 100 pounds for 3x10 are good though.

Mass on abs is genetic. I've always had thick abs trying to poke through fat. I train abs 3-4 times a week, 4 sets, 10-30 reps.
I hit obliques 2-3 times a week. They're partly responsible for my big wasitline because there's knots of muscle under my lovehandle fat, and the separation between obliques and abs is there. Idk, i am quite happy with obliques...
I don't have a diet, i eat differently everyday. I aim for a little over 3000 calories a day, 50% protein 30% fat 20% carbs with 6 meals. Training style is heavy and 6-8 reps for most lifts. Big weight, big resting periods, low volume. That's how i've trained for most of the time.
I haven't measured anything in a long time. My arms are probably almost 18" and my quads 26-27.

bro u surpassed your goal lmao, 220, and i'd say thats 8 or 9% bf, but as u said we judged base on your abs, and u got good ab genetics, but definately already surpassed your goal
